‘Pretty Boys Don’t Belong on Oil Rigs’ is a short erotic comic about two men that form the skeletal crew of an offshore oil rig, one of them trans and the other perhaps not a man at all. The comic was born of my fascination with isolation, the ocean & horror elements, but it was also very much an excuse for me to get my inks out and paint trans men getting railed.
It is 12 pages, A5 sized, printed in a deep blue riso. You can choose between a stapled version and one sewn together by hand with dark blue thread!
Image 5 is a photo of the limited edition published by the Wiggle Bird Mailing Club in July - I also have a few of these left. These are digitally printed on more lightweight paper and stapled togther.
