- Tracking is automatically added to all orders above 50 EUR (excluding shipping). For orders sent untracked, I am not responsible for packages lost in the mail. But if your order still hasn't arrived after 2 months, please contact me and we can work something out.

- I am not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses and will not offer refunds or cover the costs of a replacement package in such a case.
- If a package is returned to me as undeliverable or unclaimed, the buyer has to cover postage to have the package resent. In case we agree on a refund, shipping expenses will not be refunded.
