- Tracking is automatically added to all orders above 50 EUR (excluding shipping). For orders sent untracked, I am not responsible for packages lost in the mail. But if your order still hasn't arrived after 2 months, please contact me and we can work something out!

- All sales are final - no returns or refunds unless a mistake has occured on my end
- If your order arrives damaged or if I make a mistake in your order, please use the "contact" form on the tab above to contact me and I will fix this!
- I am not responsible for incorrectly entered addresses and will not offer refunds or cover the costs of a replacement package in such a case
- If a package is returned to me as undeliverable or unclaimed, the buyer has to cover postage to have the package resent (unless of course I made a mistake entering the address). In case we agree on a refund, shipping expenses will not be refunded.
- All additional customs fees or taxes that your country may collect are responsibility of the buyer. That being said, all packages are paper goods and in my experience have always avoided customs charges.
